Harris Morris

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of T3 Media, Harris Morris is responsible for leading the team that formulates and executes the company’s strategy and guides its commercial operations.   A seasoned veteran in both digital media and enterprise software solutions, he joined T3 Media as CEO in July, 2014.

Harris’ breadth of senior-leadership experience is concentrated in the areas of corporate and product strategy, mergers and acquisitions and driving operational excellence. His experience spans multiple industry sectors including media and entertainment, education, data/analytics, enterprise software (on premise and cloud) and a number of technology-enabled consumer services.

Prior to joining T3 Media, Harris held several senior-leadership positions in the Broadcast Communications Division of the Harris Corporation, including three years as the President and then CEO of this $500+ million provider of technology solutions to create and manage video content and advertising for TV, out-of-home, and government markets.   Prior to that, he was Chief Strategy Officer of Thomson Learning (now Cengage Learning), a leading educational content, learning and services company where he was instrumental in expanding the product offering for the software, custom, and digital solutions businesses.   He began his career and became a partner at Bain & Company, where he provided strategic counsel to senior executives in the media, technology and telecomm sectors.

Harris holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Virginia. He has served on the Executive Board of the Colorado Media Leaders Roundtable, is a member of the Colorado Chapter of YPO and is a supporter of a number of Denver charitable and cultural organizations.

Mark Pougnet

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Mark Pougnet is responsible for the company’s financial and operational performance as well as providing the leadership team with financial and strategic guidance. As COO/CFO, Mark brings vast experience in leadership, process improvement, global reporting, financial systems, and mergers & acquisitions from his experience working for high growth global public and private companies.

Mark joins T3 Media from software provider Front Porch Digital where he led the successful sale of the business to Oracle in September 2014. He has over 30 years of experience in the broadcast, financial and technology industries, having held executive financial and operational positions at companies such as Andersen, Avaya, Paramount Pictures, and Copan.

Mark holds a master’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Natal in South Africa, and he is a certified public accountant.

Laurie Bell

Director, Marketing

As Director of Marketing for T3Media, Laurie is responsible for the global marketing organization, including corporate marketing, strategy, digital and field marketing, brand, product marketing, and communications. Laurie joined T3Media in September 2014.

Prior to joining T3Media, Laurie held positions with global brands including Discovery Communications, TeleTech, and Cambium Learning Group. She has a proven record of revenue growth, executed through campaigns and messaging targeted to specific verticals and demographics.

Laurie holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire.

Josh Wiggins

Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Business Development

As Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Business Development, Josh Wiggins is responsible for global platform sales of media supply chain solutions, account management and strategic partnerships for T3Media.

Before joining T3Media, Wiggins was Vice President of Business Development, West Coast at Digitalsmiths, a video metadata solution provider. In this role, he was responsible for corporate development, strategic partnerships and developing customer relationships worldwide.

Prior to Digitalsmiths, Wiggins served as Senior Director of Business Development and Strategic Solutions at Ascent Media. Wiggins was responsible for delivering archive and content management solutions for major studios and other library owners. With more than a decade of experience in the media and technology marketplace, Wiggins has held roles in customer operations, technical services, project management and sales.

Matt Weiser

Senior Vice President & General Manager, Stock Licensing

As General Manager, Licensing, Matt Weiser is responsible for managing overall company operations for the Stock Footage line of business.   His 25 year career includes executive level product development and technology roles in numerous Denver/Boulder area venture backed companies, as well as founding a construction company from which he has an awesome set of tools.

Matt has an MBA from the University of Denver and a BS from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Bret Wilhoite

Vice President, Sports Operations

As Vice President of Sports Operations for T3Media, Bret is responsible for the overall profitability of the sports business unit including executive leadership of key brand partners, strategic and tactical operations, new product development and sales.  Bret joined T3Media in October 2005.

Prior to joining T3Media, Bret held several product management positions in the cable and telecommunications industry including time with Qwest Communications (now Century Link), AT&T Broadband and Comcast Cable where he was responsible for all aspects of the business units including new product strategy and subscriber growth.  It was his first role, however, as the National Event Director for USA Cycling that initially sparked his passion for the sports industry.  He managed all aspects of events including national championship sponsors such as Fresca (Coca-Cola) and EDS.

Bret holds an MBA from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business and a BA in Communications from DePauw University.
