Harris Morris

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of T3 Media, Harris Morris is responsible for leading the team that formulates and executes the company’s strategy and guides its commercial operations.   A seasoned veteran in both digital media and enterprise software solutions, he joined T3 Media as CEO in July, 2014.

Harris’ breadth of senior-leadership experience is concentrated in the areas of corporate and product strategy, mergers and acquisitions and driving operational excellence. His experience spans multiple industry sectors including media and entertainment, education, data/analytics, enterprise software (on premise and cloud) and a number of technology-enabled consumer services.

Prior to joining T3 Media, Harris held several senior-leadership positions in the Broadcast Communications Division of the Harris Corporation, including three years as the President and then CEO of this $500+ million provider of technology solutions to create and manage video content and advertising for TV, out-of-home, and government markets.   Prior to that, he was Chief Strategy Officer of Thomson Learning (now Cengage Learning), a leading educational content, learning and services company where he was instrumental in expanding the product offering for the software, custom, and digital solutions businesses.   He began his career and became a partner at Bain & Company, where he provided strategic counsel to senior executives in the media, technology and telecomm sectors.

Harris holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Virginia. He has served on the Executive Board of the Colorado Media Leaders Roundtable, is a member of the Colorado Chapter of YPO and is a supporter of a number of Denver charitable and cultural organizations.

Frank Cardello

President & Chief Operating Officer

As President and COO, Frank Cardello is responsible for managing overall company operations. Over the last 15 years he has helped build and grow a number of successful technology companies addressing emerging markets.

Prior to joining T3Media, Frank served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at both Ping Identity Corporation (a leading provider of web-based identify and access management solutions) and Jabber, Inc. (the company formed to commercialize the Jabber open source platform sold to Cisco in 2008). He has also held the role of CFO at HomeTouch.com, Inc. and Building Up Los Angeles (the nation’s second largest Americorps National Service Project). Before graduate school, Frank served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy.

Frank holds an MBA from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a BS. in Economics and General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.

Mark Lemmons

Chief Technology Officer

As CTO of T3Media, Mark Lemmons leads the software development, R&D and technology infrastructure groups. His vision and leadership, both in his 10 year tenure as CTO and on the Board of Directors, has its roots in key product roles at companies including Quark, Creo and ImMix/Scitex Digital Video. Mark has more than 15 years of experience in the software and technology foundations of the media, entertainment and broadcast industries, including search, asset management, metadata and monetization. Mark also provides a key voice with customers and partners in building collaborative solutions for the industry with a focus on standards-based, open solutions to the complex challenges in the digital media transformation. His vision and leadership continue to drive the design and architecture of the T3Media platform forward.
Prior to T3Media, Mark co-founded the Creative Software Group at Creo, where he drove the development of award-winning collaboration, search and accelerated file transfer products. Mark also served as VP of Strategic Development at Quark, where he led the Internet Publishing Group and served as Quark’s founding Advisory Representative to the W3C. In his early career he directed and produced several ski films, and worked at Telemation and served as Technical Director at KRMT-TV.

Michael Dim

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Michael Dim is responsible for managing the financial and accounting aspects of the company as well as providing the leadership team and board of directors with financial and strategic guidance.  As CFO, Michael brings vast experience in Leadership, Change Management, Process Improvement, Global Reporting, Financial Systems and Mergers & Acquisitions from his 15 years of experience working for high growth global public and private companies. Previous to CFO, Michael was the VP Finance & Corporate Controller at T3Media.

Prior to T3 Media, Michael held positions as CFO and Corporate Controller for Embla Systems, a global leader in the development, manufacture and sales of sleep diagnostic systems and software.  Prior to Embla, Michael held leadership positions with multi-billion dollar companies such as Wolters Kluwer and Corporate Express (Buhrmann NV / Staples).

Michael holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University, CGMA, CPA (inactive – Illinois).

Danielle Wilkie

Senior Vice President, Marketing

As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Danielle Wilkie leads marketing for the company overseeing product management, brand strategy, customer acquisition and customer retention.

Prior to joining T3Media, Danielle worked as Vice President of Digital Strategy at Merkle, a privately-held customer relationship marketing agency, where she advised top tier B2B & B2C technology clients such as Dell, Microsoft, Lexmark and Motorola on integrated digital marketing strategy. Before Merkle, Danielle served as Vice President of Consumer Marketing at NetQuote where, through her digital marketing and product leadership, helped drive significant growth ($50 to $100 million) before its successful acquisition by Bankrate, Inc. in 2010. She also led B2B marketing and product efforts at two additional growth companies including ServiceMagic (now HomeAdvisor) and SafeRent (now CoreLogic).

Danielle holds an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver and a BA from Smith College.

Tori Donovan

General Counsel, Senior Vice President & Secretary

As Senior Vice President, General Counsel, & Secretary of T3Media, Tori Donovan is responsible for all legal affairs of the company, including licensing, intellectual property, corporate governance, contract and corporate compliance, human resources, and investor relations. Tori brings several years of experience counseling public and private technology companies to T3Media, including extensive expertise in public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, corporate governance, and securities law compliance matters.

Prior to T3Media, Tori was an attorney with Holland & Hart LLP in the firm’s business department where she served as counsel to the company and numerous other emerging growth and public companies in various stages of growth and development.  Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Tori was an attorney with Cooley LLP with their corporate securities practice.

Tori holds a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Josh Wiggins

Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Business Development

As Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Business Development, Josh Wiggins is responsible for global platform sales of media supply chain solutions, account management and strategic partnerships for T3Media.

Before joining T3Media, Wiggins was Vice President of Business Development, West Coast at Digitalsmiths, a video metadata solution provider. In this role, he was responsible for corporate development, strategic partnerships and developing customer relationships worldwide.

Prior to Digitalsmiths, Wiggins served as Senior Director of Business Development and Strategic Solutions at Ascent Media. Wiggins was responsible for delivering archive and content management solutions for major studios and other library owners. With more than a decade of experience in the media and technology marketplace, Wiggins has held roles in customer operations, technical services, project management and sales.

Matt Weiser

Senior Vice President & General Manager, Stock Licensing

As General Manager, Licensing, Matt Weiser is responsible for managing overall company operations for the Stock Footage line of business.   His 25 year career includes executive level product development and technology roles in numerous Denver/Boulder area venture backed companies, as well as founding a construction company from which he has an awesome set of tools.

Matt has an MBA from the University of Denver and a BS from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Bret Wilhoite

Vice President, Sports Operations

As Vice President of Sports Operations for T3Media, Bret is responsible for the overall profitability of the sports business unit including executive leadership of key brand partners, strategic and tactical operations, new product development and sales.  Bret joined T3Media in October 2005.

Prior to joining T3Media, Bret held several product management positions in the cable and telecommunications industry including time with Qwest Communications (now Century Link), AT&T Broadband and Comcast Cable where he was responsible for all aspects of the business units including new product strategy and subscriber growth.  It was his first role, however, as the National Event Director for USA Cycling that initially sparked his passion for the sports industry.  He managed all aspects of events including national championship sponsors such as Fresca (Coca-Cola) and EDS.

Bret holds an MBA from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business and a BA in Communications from DePauw University.
