T3Media is searching for a Corporate Paralegal to start on a contract basis for an initial period of 6 months, which may be extended. The Corporate Paralegal will provide support to our General Counsel and Corporate Counsel in the following areas: sales contract database and file maintenance, contract review, copyright and trademark filings, review of marketing and sales promotional literature, and research and special projects including corporate governance matters as needed.

This is a support role, with growth potential across the operations team in time for the right candidate.
The Director of Rights & Clearances is responsible for the initiation and negotiation of clearances and licenses for third party talent rights, copyrights and film clips. This Director will also provide guidance and advice to clients on rights associated with various licenses, general copyright questions, and rights of publicity. In addition, he/she will advise clients and sales team as to ancillary rights that may be required or desired for specific footage and customer projects. This Director will routinely interface with the sales force regarding a multitude of copyright, trademark, right of publicity and other licensing issues.

At the on-boarding/launch stage, this includes managing all internal (T3M) and external (partner) activities associated with the development of customer requirements, creating implementation plans, and directing resources to deliver the project on time and on budget. Once the project has launched, the role shifts to transitioning the day to day work to account management teams while maintaining an ongoing relationship with customers to provide additional value and ultimately grow T3M revenue.
Reporting to the EVP of Operations, the Director of Services Operations is responsible for managing the delivery of post-production services to T3M clients which include film scanning, tape encoding, physical media storage, metadata logging, and digital and physical fulfillment services. This individual has excellent team management skills, high attention to detail, and has the ability to efficiently manage the completion of multiple concurrent and diverse projects for clients.
