As CEO, Bob Pinkerton is responsible for leading the team to execute the company’s vision and overall strategy. Additionally, he is the key interface point with the Board and the investment community and is responsible for capital raising, M&A and major strategic initiatives. Prior to becoming CEO, Bob was CFO of the company.
Prior to T3Media, Bob was CFO at Alpine Access, the world’s leading outsourcer of call center services using home-based, virtual agents and a PCI and HIPAA compliant technology infrastructure. Alpine was sold to Sykes Enterprises in 2012 at which time it had approximately 4,500 employees and over $100mm in revenue. Prior to Alpine, Bob was transitional CEO and CFO of mix1 beverage company. He began his operating career as head of Corporate Development and Corporate Treasurer at CSG Systems International, Inc., a publicly traded provider of customer care and billing software and services, and later served as CFO of the Global Software Division. Prior to CSG, Bob was an investment banker in New York and San Francisco and raised over $2 billion in M&A and leveraged buyout capital.
Bob holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Rochester. He is also a member of the board and executive committee for the Epilepsy Foundation of America in Washington D.C.
Kevin Schaff currently serves as Chairman of the Board and has played a key role in T3Media’s growth since founding the company in 2003. With more than 15 years of experience in building successful technology companies, Kevin has been an industry leader in creating new models for access and value for large-scale sports, news and entertainment libraries.
Prior to T3Media, Kevin founded UPDATE Systems, Inc., an email marketing software company, that he later sold to Webb Interactive Services (Nasdaq: WEBB)—a provider of infrastructure services for Internet commerce. Earlier in his career, he founded Wind River Communications Inc., a national design and Internet development firm. Kevin successfully negotiated the sale of Wind River Communications Inc. in 1999.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in business communications from the University of Wyoming.
As CTO of T3Media, Mark Lemmons oversees strategic technology and product roadmaps, as well as the development of new products and technologies. Mark has more than 15 years of experience in digital film and video management, search technology, content re-use, and video licensing. In his role, Mark brings seasoned expertise in key areas such as digital asset management, search and metadata technologies for creative assets, and large-scale database management and security. Prior to T3Media, Mark led the Creative Software Group at Creo, a global company with key strengths in digital imaging and software technology. At Creo, he established and led the team’s email-based asset management product, which enabled the rapid and secure search and retrieval of information from large-scale email databases. Mark also served as VP of strategic development at Quark.
As Chief Financial Officer, Michael Dim is responsible for managing the financial and accounting aspects of the company as well as providing the leadership team and board of directors with financial and strategic guidance. Previous to CFO, Michael was the VP Finance & Corporate Controller at T3Media. Michael has more than 15 years of experience working for high growth global public and private companies. As CFO, Michael brings vast experience in Leadership, Change Management, Process Improvement, Global Reporting, Financial Systems and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to T3 Media, Michael held positions as CFO and Corporate Controller for Embla Systems, a global leader in the development, manufacture and sales of sleep diagnostic systems and software. Prior to Embla, Michael held leadership positions with multi-billion dollar companies such as Wolters Kluwer and Corporate Express (Buhrmann NV / Staples). Michael holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University, CGMA, CPA (inactive – Illinois).
As General Manager, Platform, Frank Cardello is responsible for managing overall company operations for the Platform line of business. Prior to joining T3Media, Frank served as VP of Sales and Business Development for Ping Identity Corporation and Jabber, Inc. Before that, he was the CFO of HomeTouch.com, Inc. and Building Up Los Angeles, the nation’s second largest Americorps National Service Project. Prior to business school, Frank served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy. He received his B.S. in economics and general engineering from the United States Naval Academy and his MBA from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
As T3Media’s General Manager, Asia Pacific, Mica Imamura is responsible for managing overall company operations in the region, where he has resided for more than ten years. Mica was previously the CEO of AZTEQ Mobile Corporation, a venture-backed mobile software and services company. Before AZTEQ, Mica worked in the mobile telecom industry as a senior executive for Vodafone plc (AirTouch Communications), serving in a variety of general management roles across Japan. Prior to his business career, Mica served as an officer in the United States Army and flew as a reconnaissance pilot during Operation Desert Storm. Mica has a BS in Applied Science and Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
As General Manager, Licensing, Mike Emerson is responsible for managing overall company operations for the Licensing line of business. Previously, Mike was VP Sales Operations for Cenveo (NYSE: CVO), a diversified visual communications company, where he led marketing, national customer service, and sales development and training for a $1.4 billion division. Before joining Cenveo, Mike co-founded a venture-backed incubator dedicated to helping entrepreneurs rapidly scale technology companies. This was the second company Mike had successfully co-founded and operated. Prior experiences include brand marketing and strategic planning roles with the Guinness brewing division of Diageo (NYSE: DEO) and management consulting with ZS Associates, where he advised companies in marketing and sales strategy. Mike has an MBA from Wharton and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin.
As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Danielle Wilkie leads marketing and product management. Prior to joining T3Media, Danielle worked as Vice President of Digital Strategy at Merkle, a privately-held customer relationship marketing agency, where she advised top tier B2B & B2C technology clients such as Dell, Microsoft, Lexmark and Motorola on integrated digital marketing strategy. Before Merkle, Danielle served as Vice President of Consumer Marketing at NetQuote where, through her digital marketing and product management leadership, helped drive significant growth ($50 to $100 million) before its successful acquisition by Bankrate, Inc. in 2010. She also led B2B marketing and product efforts at two additional growth companies including ServiceMagic (now HomeAdvisor) and SafeRent (now CoreLogic). Danielle holds an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver and a BA from Smith College.
As Senior Vice President and General Counsel of T3Media, Tori Donovan is responsible for the legal affairs of the company, including licensing, intellectual property, general corporate matters and compliance. Prior to T3Media, Tori was an attorney with Holland & Hart LLP in the firm’s business department where she served as counsel to the company and numerous other emerging companies in various stages of growth and development. Tori brings several years of experience counseling public and private technology companies to T3Media, including extensive expertise in public and private financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities law disclosure and compliance matters. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Tori was an attorney with Cooley Godward LLP with their corporate securities practice. Tori earned her law degree from the University of Denver School of Law and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Prior to law school, Tori worked at Janus Funds.
